Valuing Rights
The Government has a new plan for people with learning disabilities in England. The plan is called "Valuing People" and is all about your rights, more
money and better help for people who really need it like children. The plan also talks about new ways for people to get thier voice heard, meetings called Regional Forums will enable people to say what
they think and ideas from this forum in every part of England will be taken to the National Forum who will make decisions. There are lots of new things in this plan, this video explains what they are and
