Person Centred Planning is about one person ... YOU, taking control of your life, what you want in your life, fun things you like doing, College,
Jobs, Work Experience and Training, where you would like to live, your dreams for the future. You should include things that make you happy and things that you could do to enjoy your life more. When your plan is
finished, you will need people to help you do these things.
Through the Video Project, Speakup has produced two videos about Person Centred Planning. We have made friendly documentation to go with these videos to help people life plan.
Everyone at Speakup has done a life plan and we all think life planning is the way forward. We are looking for more grants to continue this work. We are working on a new DVD about Person Centred Planning and this
will be ready soon (by the end of summer 2007).
