Making a Will
When you die you will be buried or cremated. You won't need your things or the money you have saved. You may want your friends or family to have your
things to remember you by. If you want this to happen, you need to make a 'WILL'.
If you don't make a will, nobody would know who you wanted to leave your things or money to. This might upset your
friends and family and they might argue about it.
An important person called a Solicitor needs to help you make a Will. They make sure the things you say are written down so everyone understands
them and so the Will is "LEGAL".
