Why should you exercise? Exercise is very good for you it can help keep your body working well. We all need to do exercise because it can help our
bodies to work properly and to keep our heart healthy.
The heart is like a pump and it pushes the blood around the body.
Our heart is very important, a healthy heart can stop us getting ill. When we exercise our heart will pump faster and this pushes more blood around our body. It helps to keep our muscles and bones healthy by making them stronger. When we exercise it can help to keep our weight down and even help us to lose weight if we do enough exercise.
Exercise can also help us to look and feel good as well, we feel happier and more able to do things when we exercise. If someone is feeling sad, exercise can help them feel better. Exercise
can help people sleep too because it makes people feel more relaxed. So exercise is very good for everyone.
