Speakup workers are gradually taking responsibility for office duties, and as outreach workers they are raising awareness of people with
learning disabilities living in the local community.
The Enterprise Scheme is funded by Comic Relief and Yorkshire Forward and runs 4 days a week. People do lots of things from mailouts to gardening to
making videos.
Everyone who work there learns Job Skills, Confidence Building, Committee Skills, Jargon Busting as well as Basic Numeracy & Literacy.
