We made this DVD with the help of Diabetes UK.

Diabetes 302

This DVD helps people with learning disabilities understand what type 2 Diabetes is and how to live a healthier life. It also shows people how to live a normal life with type 2 Diabetes by doing 3 important things; Eating the right things, Getting Active and Living your Life by taking your medicine.
