This DVD helps people with learning disabilities understand what Diabetes is and how to live a healthier life. It also shows people how to live a normal life with Diabetes by doing 3 important things; Eating the right things, Getting Active and Living your Life by taking your medicine.

We made this DVD with the help of Diabetes UK.

Together we will be giving out free copies of the DVD soon. Also Speakup will be making a special copy of the DVD which people can watch for free online using their computer. We hope people will be able to do this at Libraries, Schools and Colleges too if they don't have a computer at home.
